My name Is Dale Miller owner of On Your Side Home Inspections (OYSHI). We know buying a home can be exciting and stressful all at the same time. We also understand that buying a home will be the biggest financial decision most people ever make. We are here to help!
At O.Y.S.H.I we take great pride in every inspection we perform. We provide you with a detailed, narrative report that includes digital pictuers and a summery to clearly understand any potential problems.
We are trained to be familiar with a wide variety of situations and understand how all the systems and components of your home operate and believe that consumers have the right to expect the highest standards, from their home inspectors.
The American Society of Home Inspectors standards of practice were adopted by O.Y.S.H.I as the minimum scope of a professional home inspection. These standards are your assurance of completeness of coverage of the substantive physical components that make up your home.
Take a virtual home inspection tour.
High-Teck Drone Roof Inspections!
The best way to inspect a roof is for the home inspector to get up there and take a look. At times conditions don’t permit us to physically get on the roof so we send in the Calvary!

Tools of the trade

While education will always be the best tool OYSHI has in the arsenal. It does help to have cutting edge James Bond tech ready at hand to help. From moisture meters, infrared, cameras scopes, circuit meters, drones, etc. We at OYSHI promise to keep our education and tools on the cutting edge.

Don't Be Driven By Price. You get what you pay for!

It’s true not all home inspectors are created equally. Just because you've been doing something for a long time does not mean it’s been done correctly.
We have all passed the National Home Inspectors Exam, AHIT Code of Ethics and Standard of  Practice exam.
 ASHI Standards of Practice.
Every year we all  complete more than 20 hours of continuing education as the state requires.
